I'm the same as KathyZ, I lost loads of Ingrid's gorgeous fashion patterns when my computer died. I have most of her others, but lost those lovely dresses....

Ingrid also wrote a LOVELY book with IF patterns in it, but I cannot find that it is available anymore. Fortunately, I have that book and LOVE it, but cannot share it with any of you due to copyright, sorry.

Jolis, if you have the book, try searching using the ISBN number on the back. I've tried to find books I've found in the library and want for myself by author and title on Amazon and/or Barnes and Noble, and had no luck. But when I tried the ISBN, then I got hits and could order one of my own. Amazon has more luck with stuff that is rarer but not popular/specially oriented subject, like a book of this kind -- B&N is usually only for new titles. Good luck, and if you do find it, perhaps you could post the ISBN so the rest of us could try searching for our very own as well!

Perhaps some of you across the pond know what happened to that shop?

Also, there is no ISBN for it, as it is a self-published book. It is a spiral-bound lovely book, all it says on the back is:

To tell you a little more about the book itself:

Ingrid has designed basic templates for a blouse, skirt, pants, dress, gown, hat and purse. What the book does is start with her simplest IF/FF patterns for each template, then it progresses to the most complex. I love it. Attached is a card I made using one of her patterns and a couple of the templates.

This is what Ingrid wrote me back - She is very busy at the moment - and I will try to call her by phone soon - I seem to remember that she said the Company went belly up but will ask her if SHE has some books left

I have several of her patterns saved, but can't share them without her permission.

Sylvia - when you talk to her ask if she minds if we make an album of her patterns on this site. We could all store the patterns we saved for our own use and then others could have access. I know we couldn't recover all her patterns that way, but we might be able to preserve some of them. I seem to remember even she wasn't able to get into her photobucket at one point. I could be remembering that wrong, though.
